I ran across this while aimlessly perusing the net and absolutely loved it. I don't think anyone really considers how everything in this world is connected and that the slightest change has such a phenomenal effect.

Hohenwald Sanctuary

I promised elephants, didn't I? There's this lovely sanctuary in Tennessee called Hohenwald Sanctuary. I encourage everyone to donate or support it somehow because they really fight for the happiness of one of the most majestic animals on Earth. If you're not able to donate (as a broke college student I know that sometimes one must have priorities with money), I equally encourage the sharing of this inspiring place with others.

You Should Probably Know...

Hi there! This is a blog mostly just about animal activism awareness, fundraising events, and general news. There's also a large chance I will post photos and stories of animals I encounter. This will update Tuesdays and Fridays (most likely around noon or one in the afternoon).

So, it's about eight forty in the morning and I unfortunately haven't actually looked up any events or news to post. I'm sure I will think of something by the end of the day and have it up by Friday (maybe this one elephant sanctuary I remember reading about at one time). For now, however, you...get my cat! This little princess is Cali, who is about seventeen pounds of unadulterated apathy. She enjoys pina coladas and getting caught in the rain.
